Everett has really settled down over the past month. He rides in the car fairly well about three-quarters of the time (vs. not at all for his first 3 months!) He smiles and coos and says "gggggg" and "whooooo."
He can roll from his tummy to his back some of the time - one night this week he did it several times in a row in what seemed to be a more deliberate way than previously. He can roll onto his side from his back, but still has a ways to go to get all the way on to his tummy from there.
This week we saw him pass a toy from one hand to the other. He's getting more able to grab toys and put them directly in his mouth. He recently started putting two or three fingers in his mouth to suck on.
Everett takes three solid naps a day and sleeps through the night (about 8 hours). We're enjoying his happy personality after his first several months of challenging crying. He still cries hard if he gets too over tired, but who doesn't?
Everett and Emery are enamored with each other. We love seeing them both light up when they see each other.
Everett gets to travel on his first airplane flight in two weeks when we move to Laramie, Wyoming.
