Everett gets to spend this monthiversary with all four grandparents and his uncle Brandon! The Kluds have been visiting Laramie for over a week now, and the Johnsons will be here for a few days. It's nice to have their visits overlap so the kids can spend time with all four of their grandparents at the same time!
Everett has been crawling everywhere and in the last week or so, he's learned how to pull up to standing on the furniture and in the pack n' play. If you're nearby when he's standing, he'll reach out for you to catch him whether you're ready or not. Emery did the same thing when she was this age!
I realized after our photo shoot that this is the age when I need to start using a faster shutter speed; this guy is on the move!
Everett is still a champion eater and can't ever get enough it seems! He's reduced his total amount of formula and increased a bunch on his total amount of everything else! He's doing a great job feeding himself cheerios and crackers and other finger foods.
Everett says ma-ma-ma, bwaw-bwaw-bwaw, dya-dya-dya, va-va-va, and makes lots of loud screaming sounds. He smacks his lips like he's sending kisses, so we're pretending that's what he's doing. It seems he thinks the sound of reading a book is the sound of blowing raspberries because he regularly makes that sound when looking at a book.
Everett got his first tooth on the bottom left about 3 weeks ago, and the one next to it is close to the surface.
What a fun little guy!
